Only one N-F-L player has collected more quarterback hits over the last two seasons than Packers linebacker Za’Darius Smith. He has 53 and Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald has 59.
Smith is one a pace for 37 this season alone and only two players have surpassed that figure since statistics on quarterback hits started being tracked in 2006 – Donald and J-J Watt.
Smith had five last week and has produced at least three quarterback hits in each of the last three games. R
edskins rookie Dwayne Haskins is the next player in his sights this Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for Noon at Lambeau Field.
