A 28-year-old Sheboygan man was back in court yesterday, as he faces sexual assault charges.
Kiaomi Montrell Booker was in Sheboygan County Court on Tuesday and had his plea hearing set for January 7th.
Booker allegedly threatened and assaulted a person interviewing him for a job at a local resort. He reportedly told the victim that he would attack her if she did not engage in sexual acts with him.
He then allegedly sent her an email, threatening to release a video of the encounter, unless the victim paid him $500.
Booker is facing felony charges of Threats to Communicate Derogatory Information and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force.
