
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of those involved in a two vehicle crash late Friday afternoon in the Town of Rhine.
Lieutenant James Gottsacker says 32 year old Ryan Szyjakowski of Kiel was traveling northbound on State Highway 57 about 5:20pm when he turned in front of a van operated by a 30 year old Kiel man, at the intersection of County Road FF.
Szyjackowski sustained serious life-threatening injuries and was transported to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.
The other driver, identified as Michael Roland and his passengers, 29 year old Jennie Hart, 6 year old Faith Hart & 1 year old Oliver Hart, all from Kiel, were taken by ambulance to Aurora Sheboygan Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Agencies assisting Sheboygan County Sheriff’s officials at the scene included: Elkhart Lake and Glenbeulah Fire Departments & First Responders, Plymouth Fire, Orange Cross Ambulance and the Sheboygan County Highway Department.
