
A Manitowoc teen was arrested after he allegedly beat up a woman in her residence.
Manitowoc Police responded to a call which reporting the incident was occurring at a home in the 500 block of North 10th Street at around 10:30 PM last Friday.
When officers arrived, they attempted to pull the 17 year old male off of the female, but he resisted. He continued to resist when officers attempted to place him in handcuffs.
The victim told officers that the two had stayed together in a homeless shelter, but did not currently live together. She said that they had gotten into an argument in her home, and he pushed her into a wall and told her he was going to beat her.
The teen also reportedly threw some of her furniture into the yard.
He is now facing charges of Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and Resisting an Officer.
