Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst has been working the phones this week, searching for offense line depth after his right tackle was hurt against San Francisco Sunday night.
The word was, Brian Bulaga would be sidelined for a game and possibly two.
However the 30-year-old Bulaga was, on the practice field Thursday inside the Don Hutson Center, taking part in pre-practice drills.
Reporters don’t see the practice itself, so it’s not clear if Bulaga took reps with the number-one offense.
Green Bay plays in New York against the Giants Sunday.
