A Portage County judge has sentenced Jason Sypher to life in prison for killing his wife and hiding her corpse.
Sypher was found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in a trial that ended last month.
The body of Krista Sypher has never been found. She went missing two-and-a-half years ago.
The Syphers had what prosecutors called “a rocky marriage” which included domestic violence.
