A man accused of sexually assaulting female employees at a Walmart in Janesville is being held in the Rock County jail. Police say 50-year-old Robert Cicmanksy from Rockton, Illinois was arrested Tuesday. Cicmansky is accused of trying kiss the employees without their permission and asking a 17-year-old worker if she is a virgin before slapping her on the butt and saying he’s not a pervert. He’s facing one count of physical abuse of a child.
