A 39-year-old Green Bay man accused of injuring three girls in a drunk driving crash has his plea hearing scheduled of December 16th.
Back in June, 39-year-old Gustavus Dalton was reportedly driving in the Seymour area on June 24th, when he drove through the intersection of County Roads C and E, and he was struck by a second vehicle.
Dalton had his two daughters in the vehicle at the time. The six-year-old and four year old were both taken to the hospital, while a 3-year-old, who has Dalton listed as her guardian, was treated at the scene.
Dalton admitted to officers that he had been drinking two tall cans of “Hurricane” while driving with the girls in the car.
