An exotic dancer from Milwaukee was arrested last night after she was found to be in possession of ecstasy.
An officer was posted in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Washington Street just after 9:00 p.m. when he saw a vehicle speeding.
He initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the 21-year-old female driver was driving without a valid driver’s license, did not have the court-ordered ignition interlock device installed, and had a warrant out for her arrest from Ozaukee County.
The woman claimed to be going to Exotica’s on Washington Street for work.
K9 Major was deployed to conduct an external sniff of the vehicle and came back with a positive hit. The officer then searched the vehicle and found traces of marijuana, and a blue spade-shaped pill later determined to be ecstasy.
The woman was taken into police custody on a charge of Possession of a Hallucinogenic/Stimulant.
