Firefighters with the Sparta Area Fire District were on the scene of a house fire Saturday for nine hours.
Crews were called to the scene at 5:40 A-M. Investigators are still trying to determine how the fire started in Sparta.
Two women were hospitalized for burns and smoke inhalation and a paramedic collapsed and was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition.
No names have been released.
