Following his no-contest plea, an Illinois man has been sentenced to 32 years in prison for causing a triple-fatal crash in Kenosha County.
44 year old Timothy Vandervere had been charged with three counts of homicide by drunken driving and one of injury by drunken driving.
Prosecutors say the Beach Park man was speeding and driving erratically last April when he crashed into the back of an S-U-V in Salem Lakes.
Killed were 76-year-old Vincent Rizzo, his 74-year-old wife, Mary, and 67-year-old brother Michael. Another brother was injured.
