A former nurse’s aide in Green Bay is being charged with abusing a patient at an assisted living facility in Ledgeview.
20-year-old Latisha Walker allegedly got into an argument with one of the residents back in October and according to a witness report, she “squared up” to the man, fists at the ready.
She then grabbed the patient’s arm, and punched him in the jaw, leaving a visible red mark.
Walker is now facing charges of Felony Intentional Abuse of Patients Causing Bodily Harm, and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.
If convicted Walker could spend three and a half years in prison, and be forced to pay a $10,000 fine.
