A former substitute teacher in the Wauwatosa School District has reached a plea agreement with the Milwaukee County D-A.
Glen Fink was charged with child abuse, but he entered a guilty plea to misdemeanor battery.
He got in trouble when another teacher reported he had put a 12-year-old student with a disability in a chokehold, while twisting the student’s arm.
That was the second time Fink was accused of hurting a Wauwatosa student, but no charges were filed the first time because the victim had down syndrome and had a hard time telling investigators what had happened.
