One of the three people charged in the overdose death of a 28-year-old Sheboygan resident was back in court on Wednesday.
Damian Washington had a status conference, and a motion hearing was scheduled for December 16th.
Washington, Peter Bennett, and Jessica Grande are all on the hook for delivering the heroin which lead to the death of the victim, who was found in the bathroom of the Mead Public Library.
Washington specifically is facing seven felonies, including first-degree reckless homicide by delivery of drugs.
Bennet has pleaded no contest and was given 8 years in prison, while Grande will spend 9 years behind bars.
