Police at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee say a third woman has reported she was assaulted near the campus over the last few days.
The incident happened Tuesday during the noon hour when the victim says a man came up from behind and grabbed her. She fell to the ground and the suspect took her backpack.
The Tuesday incident happened in the 3000 block of North Downer, about one block south of the U-W-Milwaukee campus.
The victim’s name wasn’t released and no injuries were reported.
