A section of Eighth Street in Sheboygan is currently closed off to traffic.
The City is working with Pieper Electric to repair a faulty underground electrical feeder that feeds the Eighth Street Bridge.
Due to this work, the section of the street between Riverfront Drive and Indiana Avenue is closed, with a detour set up.
Traffic coming from the north will be sent west on Pennsylvania Avenue, South on 14th Street, East on Indiana and back onto Eighth Street, with the opposite true for traffic coming from the south.
The project is expected to be completed sometime in early December.
