There was quite a commotion at the Transit Center in Appleton yesterday evening.
According to the Appleton Police Department Facebook page, officers were called to the area at 4:05 PM, after a subject was seen carrying a gun.
A large police presence was reported, which may have helped bring the incident to an end in only five minutes.
The subject was taken into custody, but it’s not clear at this time if the individual is facing any charges. If that is the case, a press release will be issued, but if not, that is all the information the Appleton Police Department will release.
