UPDATE: According to a report, the investigation made its way to Kewaunee County. The Authorities in Kewaunee County are saying that they believe they located the suspect vehicle as well as the male suspect, Luis Cardona and the female victim Babette Caraballo. Officials say the man was shot by authorities after he shot his ex-girlfriend. The man is deceased and the woman was injured and taken to the hospital.
The Green Bay Police Department is searching for a woman who was the victim of an abduction.
Police were informed of the kidnapping at 4:40 this morning and responded to Hansen’s Frozen Foods in the 900 block of Goodward Way. Their initial investigation determined that Luis Cardona took his ex-girlfriend, Babette Caraballo at gunpoint, and fled in his black SUV.
