The Manitowoc Department of Engineering has announced that the eastbound lanes of Waldo Boulevard, at North 20th Street, will be closed to thru-traffic effective today.
The street is being closed for an emergency repair of the sanitary sewer and is expected to be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday on Friday.
The city will detour eastbound traffic onto North 23rd Street, southbound to Michigan Avenue and Michigan Avenue to North 18th.
