Viebahn Street between South 18th and South 19th Street has been closed to through traffic today, Monday, November 18th.
Eastbound traffic on Viebahn Street is being detoured onto South 23rd St. over to Dewey St and then eastbound on Dewey St. to South 18th St. and then southbound on South 18th St. back over to Viebahn St.
Westbound traffic on Viebahn St. will follow the same detour route.
Access will be maintained for residents living between South 18th and South 23rd St.
The road is being closed for the installation of a sanitary lateral and water service.
It is anticipated that the road will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday on Thursday, November 21st.
