There was another officer involved shooting in Eastern Wisconsin yesterday morning, this time in Fox Crossing.
The incident reportedly began in the 900 block of Clover Street, when Fox Crossing and Neenah Police responded to a report of a suicidal subject. Few details are known at this time, but the interaction resulted in both officers discharging their weapons, which struck and killed the unidentified subject.
A firearm was reportedly found at the scene, and the officers walked away unharmed.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is heading up the investigation.
This is incident comes only a week and a half after a similar incident in Two Rivers, which saw Officer Dakota Gamez shoot and kill 30 year old Nash Fiske.
DCI is also investigating that incident.
