Wisconsin hit seven 3-point shots in the second half in an 83-63 win over McNeese State at the Kohl Center Wednesday night.
Brad Davison’s 24 points led the way as the Badgers won for the second time in a row. Sophomore Kobe King missed the action with a leg injury suffered.
The Cowboys jumped out to a 9-2 lead to start the game, but couldn’t hold it. The visitors double-teamed six-11 junior forward Nate Reuvers and he was held to 10 points after getting into foul trouble.
Wisconsin hosts in-state rival Marquette Sunday.
