The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man who was found dead in a ditch near the on ramp to I-41 in Oshkosh.
Reports are indicating that the man, identified as 36 year old Ryan Pitsch, was homeless.
Pitsch’s body was found at around 3:15 PM on Saturday near the 9th Street ramp to southbound Interstate 41,near Washburn Ave.
The investigation remains ongoing, as Pitsch’s cause of death is not yet known.
