In an update on a story we first told you about late last week, the Manitowoc Dairy Queen at the intersection of South 35th & Calumet will be torn down to make way for a new combination business.
According to local Business Broker John Foster of Creative Business Services, the building and land have been sold to TMART Operations of Wisconsin Dells to erect a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo store.
The sale by Dairy Queen owners Jon and Kim Rausch becomes effective today.
The current building will be razed and construction will get underway on the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins with an opening sometime in late 2020.
