A Thursday preliminary hearing is scheduled for a 37-year-old homicide suspect who was arrested in Mississippi and returned to Madison last week.
Larence Thomas and another man are accused of being involved in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Malik Moss of Sun Prairie. Thomas was booked into the Dane County Jail Wednesday.
Investigators say he and 33-year-old Leearthur Taylor shot Moss to death September 28th.
