A man accused of killing his former girlfriend and her mother three years ago called Brown County Judge Tammy Jo Hock “ridiculous” in court Monday.
29 year old Jacob Cayer faces two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of attempted homicide.
During the contentious hearing, Judge Hock found Cayer wasn’t competent to go to trial. A doctor who conducted a competency hearing in September told the court Cayer has a delusional disorder and his contact with reality is impaired.
During Monday’s hearing, Cayer demanded the judge find him competent.
