The Manitowoc Police Department is looking for assistance on a hit and run accident that occurred on Sunday, Nov. 10th at 9:18 p.m. The hit and run vehicle struck a traffic signal at the intersection of Dewey St. and Calumet Ave. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a dark in color 2017 Dodge Journey, which was being occupied by 4-5 black females. The vehicle was last seen going eastbound on Dewey St. with heavy front end damage. Below is a photograph of some of the items that were left behind by the vehicle, including a very unique license plate bracket. There is also a stock photo of the possible suspect vehicle.
