The Milwaukee Bucks came up with a statement win by edging the Clippers Wednesday night 129-124.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a season-high 38 points, grabbing 16 rebounds and narrowly missing a triple-double with nine assists. George Hill scored 24 off the bench before leaving with an eye injury.
Los Angeles played without Kawhi Leonard who took a scheduled rest. The Bucks hit their free throws in the closing seconds and Antetokounmpo had a big blocked shot on the baseline.
Milwaukee’s winning streak has reached four-in-a-row with a Saturday game next at Utah.
