Badger basketball fans are being urged to arrive at least 15 minutes early for Friday’s season-opening game against Eastern Illinois. The team will take some time before tip-off to recognize assistant coach Howard Moore, whose family was involved in a double-fatal vehicle accident earlier this year. Moore’s wife, Jen, and nine-year-old daughter, Jaidyn, were killed. Moore will be on medical leave all season.
