
Fall athletes at Manitowoc Lutheran High School received recognition in the Big East Conference.
In football: Lancers senior wide receiver Santana Lomibao was chosen to the first-team unit, while senior Cole Schmidt received Honorable Mention as both an Offensive Lineman and Defensive Linebacker. In addition, the Lancers coaching staff awarded individual honors to six seniors: Lomibao-Offensive MVP, Schmidt-Defensive MVP, Hunter Loeh Special Teams standout, Ben DeWane & Aaron Schultz received Lancer Awards, and Jacob LaFleur gets Most Improved.
In Cross Country: Lutheran sophomore Brooklyn Luebke and senior Nolan Winter receive First Team all-conference, while Josh Zander gets 2nd team Big East recognition. Winter & Luebke were selected Lancer team MVP’s.
In Girls Volleyball: Seniors Mady Hurkmans & Destiny Haupt earned First-team all-league recognition…and Junior Grace Peterson was announced as 2nd team all-Conference. Hurkmans was also voted team MVP.
