My first ever cross country race I didn’t finish, I dropped out and I wanted to quit running completely. I still have the email from coach telling me ‘you can’t quit, you have to stick with it’. He’s always encouraged me to be my best and has helped me to be training correctly and eating right. I’m just so thankful to him for everything he’s done for me and my teammates. We all really love him and are thankful for him.”
