Manitowoc Police have arrested another individual on drug charges, the 3rd such arrest this week.
It all started when a citizen reported an individual driving erratically in the 1000 block of South 14th Street at around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The caller informed the officers that the driver had parked and that no one entered or exited the vehicle.
When officers approached the vehicle, they found the driver, and lone occupant of the vehicle Adam Massman slumped over the steering wheel. An officer woke the 33-year-old man up, and noted his delayed reactions and that he was nearly falling asleep while talking to the officers.
A field sobriety test was administered, which Massman did not pass. He was taken to Holy Famly Medical Center for a blood draw, and a search of his vehicle uncovered baggies with meth and marijuana in them, as well as items of drug paraphernalia.
Massman is now facing charges of possessing those, as well as one count each of Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
