Officials at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point say a four-point-three-million dollar donation is the largest in the school’s history. Teacher Dorothea Harju was an alumnus of the school, teaching in central Wisconsin for decades. She died two years ago at the age of 98. The donation from her state will create the Harju Center for Equity in Education on the Stevens Point campus.
