The City of Manitowoc Finance Committee are in their busiest time of the year, as next year’s budget is getting put together.The Committee will be gathering to discuss it this evening at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall. The public will be allotted time to voice their comments, but the main focus will be on proposed borrowing for 2020, and the proposed capital projects for next year as well. The Committee will also be performing a general budget review.
