Work to install holiday lights and displays at Madison’s Olin Park started Monday and will continue until November 7th. The light show offers the holiday spirit on the shore of Lake Monona for seven weeks, not going dark until January 4th. Thousands of visitors pass through each season. The free presentation begins at dusk and lasts until dawn, with free candy canes passed out to visitors from 4:30-to-10:00 P-M each evening.
