A jury in U-S District Court will hear the case against a man accused of walking 351 miles to have sex with an underage girl in Wisconsin. Thirty-two-year-old Tommy Lee Jenkins entered a plea of not guilty during a Wednesday court appearance. Jenkins thought he was exchanging messages with a 14-year-old girl named “Kylee” in Neenah, but it was actually a Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputy. Jenkins was arrested on October 10th after his long walk from Indiana. A federal grand jury returned the indictment Tuesday.
