The City of Sheboygan has closed off westbound traffic on New Jersey Avenue at North 17th Street for the replacement of a concrete panel, as well as manhole repairs. A detour has been set up, which will have motorists turn North onto North 17th Street, West on Niagara Avenue, South onto Wildwood Avenue, South on 22nd Street, and back onto New Jersey Avenue. The Department of Public Works is expected to complete the project by Monday.
