A 55-year-old Green Bay man is in custody this morning for a stabbing late last night on the east side of Green Bay. Police said the victim, a 41-year-old city resident, was treated at a local hospital for a knife wound to the throat but is expected to recover. The incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. in the 1800 block of August Street and through an overnight investigation, authorities arrested the 55-year-old male for causing 1st-degree reckless injury. Green Bay police said the suspect and victim knew each other & there is no ongoing danger to the public.
