Ascend Services will be celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month by hosting an open house on Wednesday, October 30th. This will be an opportunity to explore the history of the organization formerly known as Holiday House. Attendees will be able to witness their diverse programs in action and get to know some of the people that make Ascend Services the great organization that it is. The open house will run from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM at their location at 2818 Meadow Lane in Manitowoc. Ascend provides services to more than 200 individuals with exceptional abilities in a variety of settings, whose mission is to promote individual growth through community experiences, education, and employment opportunities.
