Halloween is just around the corner, and with so many costumes and decoration ideas, it’s hard to choose what to buy, and where to buy it from. When it comes to purchasing costumes and other Halloween supplies, 42 percent of shoppers will visit discount stores, 36 percent will visit a Halloween store, and 25 percent will shop online. If you do purchase a costume and intend to return it, be sure to ask about the store’s return policy.
