
A 48-year-old Janesville man says he had stopped at an A-T-M when he saw a silver van approach his vehicle from behind. His name hasn’t been released. He says his wife was the driver and he heard a shot, then realized he had been hit in the face. Forty-three-year-old Nova T. Suarez of Monona faces a tentative charge of first-degree attempted intentional homicide. The victim was taken to Mercy Hospital where he was treated and released for a minor wound. Suarez was taken into custody about eight hours after the shooting.
