The 13-year-old boy who was struck by a car in Sheboygan over the weekend has been identified as Dillon Bohenstengel.
He was standing behind a vehicle near the North High School football field when an unnamed 16-year-old driver struck the car he was standing behind, pinning him between it and another vehicle. Bohenstengel had to be airlifted to Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee, as the artery in his right leg had been severed. He underwent immediate surgery, with more to come.
