The latest numbers from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction show enrollment is growing in the state’s private schools. A little more than one-in-10 students aren’t taking classes in a traditional public school. Almost 44-thousand Wisconsin children have enrolled in charter and parental choice schools this term. That’s an increase of about nine percent from last year.
