
The Manitowoc/Two Rivers YMCA will be hosting a free Master Class for the R.I.P.P.E.D. Rumble program this Saturday, and they will have a couple of very special guests. Kari Backhaus, the Director of Healthy Living at the Y explains, that Jenny Kanieski (who is a member of the Seehafer Broadcasting team) will be running the class. “She is a Master Trainer for the RIPPED Rumble group fitness format.”
Rumble was designed by Martial Arts and Exercise Science Experts to be an intense, yet safe workout routine. The Y offers two varieties of the class on a regular basis, the half hour class, and the 55 minute Cardio MMA format.
There will also be a pair of fitness celebrities on hand this Saturday, as Tina and Terry Shorter, the creators of the program will be on hand to, according to Backhaus, “shadow her (Jenny) first training. The duo created the Rumble program, as well as the One Stop Body Shock fitness program called R.I.P.P.E.D.
The class will take place in Gym 2 at the Y, with no need to preregister. The class will run from 10-11, is free of charge, and open to anyone. R.I.P.P.E.D. and Rumble is designed for every age group, with no black belt required.
