Wisconsin Women’s Hockey Team Gives Coach Mark Johnson His 500th Win

The number-one-ranked Wisconsin women’s hockey team completed a sweep at Ohio State Saturday with a 7-3 decision.  It was the 500th victory for head coach Mark Johnson, making him the first collegiate women’s hockey coach to reach the milestone.  The Badgers converted all four power-play chances Saturday, giving the team a nation-leading 13 power-play goals this season.  Wisconsin plays the Long Island University Sharks next weekend.
