Fifteen Wisconsin players scored points in an 11-5 win at Merrimack Saturday. That was the first time the Badger men’s hockey team had scored 11 goals in a game in 27 years. Three Badgers had a pair of goals each – Cole Caufield, Alex Turcotte and K’Andre Miller. Wisconsin scored six times in the second period. The Badgers meet two-time defending champion Minnesota-Duluth next week in their home opener.
