Amazon Distribution Center Coming To Beloit

The Beloit City Council has given its approval to a development agreement connected to an Amazon distribution center.  The big project would be located in the Gateway Business Park.  City Manager Lori Curtis Luther says Beloit won’t have to contribute anything to get the center built.  The facility will cover one-million square feet on 80 acres of land at the park.  The Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation will sell the property for just 80-dollars to facilitate the project.
