A Go-Fund-Me account has been set up to help a victim in the Wausau cemetery shooting with medical bills. 60-year-old William Buhse is said to be heavily sedated but getting better. In an update on the Go-Fund-Me page his daughter says he was able to squeeze her hand on command this weekend. Family members are hoping to raise $25,000 and so far have taken in almost $2,000. Buhse was a foreman at Pine Grove Cemetery.
The second surviving victim, 70-year-old Rosmelia Short was treated for her injuries and has been released from the hospital. She was a relative of a cemetary employee.
52-year-old Patricia Grimm was killed in the incident. She was the General Manager at Pine Grove Cemetery.
Henry West of Schofield is accused of shooting the 3 victims. West was a former employee at Pine Grove Cemetery. West could face one count of first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of attempted first-degree homicide. He is scheduled to make an initial appearance in Marathon County court on October 18.
