Slugger Christian Yelich is the Milwaukee Brewers’ nominee for this year’s Hank Aaron Award. It goes to the most outstanding offensive performer in each league. Yelich hit .329 with 44 homers and 97 R-B-I’s before suffering a season-ending kneecap injury. Hank Aaron and a panel of fellow Hall of Famers will combine with a fan vote to determine the winners, who will be revealed during the World Series. Fans have the opportunity through Wednesday to vote for one American League finalist and one National League finalist on M-L-B-dot-com.
