A former Mayville police officer is pleading not guilty to child enticement charges in Dodge County. Thirty-year-old Mark Forster is also facing four felony counts of misconduct in office and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Forster resigned from the Mayville P-D following an internal investigation into allegations that he had a relationship with a 17-year-old girl. A former police administrative assistant reported she knew Forster had sexual contact with the girl in two parks. The woman told the D-C-I that she also had a sexual relationship with Forster in 2015 during ride-alongs while he was on duty. He could face up to 49 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
